entre Concepto Gourmet y arte y gastronomía, ... en definitiva: todo lo mismo. 

ambos nutren el cuerpo y, sobre todo, el espíritu creativo.

ahora le tocó el turno a la edición de unas fotos, que inclinan la balanza para el lado del arte, pero sin absolutamente desvincularlo con la gastronomía. 

hay veces que siento que todo esto es una sola cosa y otras me descuartizan a tirones tratando de desvincularme para llevarme a cada una de las esquinas del cuadrilátero de los lenguajes, como si estuvieran divorciados irremediablemente.
y yo... sueño muchas veces con ser El Hombre Elástico.
en fin...
